“ Stopped in for wings and washroom on our trip from Elkford to Calgary. Wow! I wish this gorgeous Longview saloon was in my NW Calgary neighborhood. I felt like Matt Dillon stepping into an old Gunsmoke episode. This tall gorgeous cowgirl was our waitress. She wasn't exactly Miss Kitty but young, beautiful and a genuine horsewoman we learned. Wings were exceptional. I'm definitely going back next time we pass that way. ”

She was exceptionally attentive and kind, making sure we felt right at home. Ella went above and beyond by helping us secure tickets and book a room for the night for an upcoming performance by Dallas Alexander in February. We truly appreciated her dedication to ensuring we had a memorable experience.
